Dunkin' - Frankfort

Breakfast sandwich was actually good. Donut not so much

I received a bagel with ham in it, and they gave me a frozen coffee drink instead of the frozen hot chocolate I ordered.

I cannot recommend this Dunkin' location. Since it's situated inside a gas station, there is a complete lack of atmosphere. Furthermore, I wasn't greeted when I arrived, even though I opted to use the order kiosk instead of placing my order at the register. I ordered a medium iced French vanilla coffee with cream and sugar, but the coffee was terrible. It tasted burnt and stale, and it seemed like they used milk instead of cream. I will not be returning to this Dunkin'.

As always, a lovely experience! The staff is fantastic. However, I really wish they would offer vegan donuts!

This Dunkin' is by far the best in the area. Forget the one on Route 45 and come here instead. Every time I get my coffee from the Frankfort location on 45, the sugar and syrup always end up sitting at the bottom, even after I requested that they stir it well. The staff here is incredibly friendly and attentive, and when you ask them to make sure your drink is well-stirred, THEY ACTUALLY DO IT! This is definitely my favorite Dunkin' in the area. Take note, Dunkin' on 45 in Frankfort! This is how it should be done!
