Very good service from Carmen.Tasty selection of baked goods.

Don’t go in anytime in the morning. After 8am and the only checkout open is the carousel self serve. Nobody there to assist opening a lane. Over $400 after discounts and is absolutely ridiculous to expect a customer to manage while listening to it go off every single item telling you to put it in the bag and then delaying the checkout process. Meijer has cashiers and belt driven checkouts so apparently Krogers does not value larger families when taking into consideration their design and staffing model.

Two lanes open and only one side of self check out and over 30 people waiting! Ridiculous so disappointed! A lot unhappy shoppers !

Cami, check out clerk, at the Frankenmuth Michigan location is so rude, unprofessional and has no concept of customer service. I won’t shop there again because of her. I don’t understand why Kroger employees such employees I guess because she shows up for work regardless of her temperament.

Never know when the Deli Department will be open. This is the fifth time I've shopped on a Wednesday morning and it was closed. Guess I will need to call before going to make sure it's open.
