99 Restaurants - Framingham

Burgers are really good at the 99. Our server last time was not very personable but usually they're friendly and attentive. We ate in the bar area so there's much more to watch but it's not especially quiet. Finally, house margaritas were $4.99 not bad!

It was so cold I couldn't enjoy my meal. Complained and they turned the heat on for 5 minutes and then the manager discussed with other patrons how someone complained that it was too cold and turned off the heat and started blowing cold air again! I am a paying customer and other customers had their winter coatson too. They could have at least turned off the fans!

Parking: The cook cannot follow the servers instructions, ask for a medium well (which is a little pink in the middle) not raw.. had to send it back 3 times to get it right, last time I said put it in the microwave for 10 seconds and it'll come out perfect.

$45 later for french onion soup with no onions, soggy lettuce when I asked for my dressing on the side to begin with, and ice cold fries when I called they asked me to hold and had me wait 20 minutes before I gave up.. I'm at a loss for words, I used to love this place.

4.5 stars.Food..Great pricing/quality. Portions excellent. SERVICE EXCELLENT. Staff is attentive busy or slow. Great specials. Restroom is where you lost half a star. NEEDS TLC. Grime and not well kept. Needs a good wipe down mopping and bleaching.. Beyond that see ya next time
