フィードバックを提供するI took my granddaughter to Subway for dinner. She had a 6 sub w/nothing but turkey ham I had a BLT salad. Our bill was over $26.00!!!! I'm sorry, if I wanted to spend that much I would have gone to an actual restaurant. To top off the shock...the card reader asked how much tip I wanted to leave. 10%? 15%? 20%? or custom? And that would be for...? Making the $26. salad sandwhich?
Love this subway, its the best one I've ever been too. they keep their employees so they always know you do a good job. very nice crew,
Natasha called police on a brown person after lying saying that I was recording Walmart employees even when they don't work for subway and vice versa she proceeded to call Walmart asset team and accuse me of stealing I'm now banned don't shop here
I ordered a delivery and it took over an hour to get to my house (honestly I ordered from the wrong location as I live in St. John’s). When I called the store to see what was going on with the order they explained the issues they were having with DoorDash. The people I spoke with were kind and very understanding and they ended up remaking the sandwich as it was sitting for a bit. They don’t get paid enough to care and I appreciate the service they provided. Too many times we see people get angry and upset when something like this happens, with it being no fault of the employees.
Placed an order online and it gave a delivery option. Received confirmation through door dash it would be delivered in an hour. Called subway directly and a girl with an attitude told me they didn’t do delivery. I explained what happened, hoping for a refund but all she said was she made the sandwiches and they were there. Nothing could be done as it was paid for. She also said that some people have said that they saw delivery available and her boss just said “we don’t do that”. My husband has to drive over to the store and pick it up. Then the poor door dash driver showed up and he said the girls at the store acted like nothing was wrong and didn’t mention our call. Felt bad for him, sent him a copy of our receipt so he could try to get the $9 we paid for door dash. I think it’s probably a glitch in the subway system but regardless, the employee at this location was not interested in helping us or the driver. The boss must be aware that something isn’t right if others have had the same experience. I’ve also reached out to subway
