Delicious! The greens were excellent! Only meat I didn't love were the rib ends. Staff was great too. Friendly and helpful.

OMG, the food is awesome here and the owner is super sweet. They have a limited menu, only mostly BBQ meat options sides but what they do have is homeade and excellent!! They focus on BBQ favorites like Pork, Chicken, Sausage, Brisket Ribs. They 're brisket burnt ends are the juiciest ive ever had!! The ribs are flavorful and moist...they also have sausage thats wonderful. They make theyre own cornbread with sweet butter and it 's amazing. They 're pricing portions are very reasonable....they do not have a dining area inside but they do have benches outside when the weather is good and a drive thru to pick up food. This is a small; hole in the wall, local business with friendly excellent staff that work they 're butts off to make wonderful Smokehouse Ribs, Brisket, Sausage, Chicken and Pork. I had the 2 meats, 2 sides with pulled pork and brisket, topped green potato salad. My better half had burning hot connections with Mac cheese, smoked beans. The pulled pig with the ingenious sauce was fantastic. My bride was okay. It was tender. I really liked my better half burned. I want to try her ribs and chickens.

First visit to the Colorado Smokehouse and I wasn’t disappointed. Chose 3 meats and 2 sides option. Meats: chopped brisket, burnt ends, and hot links. Some of the best brisket I’ve eaten, tender, smoky, juicy, and great bark. Sides: smoked beans and macaroni and cheese. Sides were homemade and delicious. Great flavors. Sweet bbq sauce was fine too. I’ll be back for more brisket in the near future. Friendly and polite staff.
