I understand that this restaurant is part of a chain, which is not an issue. However, when my 8-year-old son went to use the bathroom, he found that the urinal was out of order and the smell was so strong that he had to leave.

I would not recommend ordering from this restaurant. I ordered the steak cooked medium rare, but it came well done with a lot of fat on it. The manager did not handle the situation well and did not seem to care about my dissatisfaction with the meal. I would have given this place zero stars if possible.
