This is like Chinese/pan Asian traditional dishes like congee but instead of dried spices and weird stringy beef all connected together by rubbery cartilage, they serve congee with fantastic fresh ingredients and a big chunk of slow braised bone in amazingness. I flew in to SoCal for work and my first time coming here. My friend recommended me this location aka “seattlefoodieadventure” on Instagram/social. I ordered the House Garlic Noodles with medium rare rib-eye steak plus the mango dragonfruit iced tea. The steak was grilled perfectly, the noodles was seasoned, the green sauce was fire and the drink was refreshing. Overall, satisfied with what I ordered! I highly recommend this location if you’re visiting around the area. From what I seen, it does get busy so try book a party in advance!
