Subway - Fountain Valley

Over the road from my Firestone, always go a point when 4 my car wait. Always very clean, fast friendly service. They always seem to update either their furniture or this time to Soda machine. Well run store 4 safe.

06.03.22 The first time we visited here from Miami and Hugo was our subcontractor.

**Owner and Staff:** The owner and manager are friendly, and the staff consistently provide a positive experience. They are always welcoming and ready to make suggestions, even when dealing with some particularly selective customers in the area. I believe they deserve a higher tip for their efforts. **Food:** Having ordered here hundreds of times, I've never had a bad experience with their sandwiches. The meatball subs are especially good, which is not something I can say for every sandwich chain. **Details:** Any complaints about management might not accurately reflect the owners, as they often work behind the counter. Personally, I've had pleasant interactions with both the owner and staff; they are typically friendly and even share a laugh, despite some customers being overly sensitive at times. I am not concerned about corporate decisions regarding sales on sandwich days. The prices have not increased to add value to the combo deals, but this is not an issue with the franchise itself, so they have my support. **Overall:** This is by far my favorite Subway location. It is quick, efficient, and delicious. What more could I ask for from any fast food establishment? If the service were poor or the staff rude, I would have no hesitation in mentioning it in my review. But here, I have nothing but good things to say.

I met the happiest person I've seen in a long time at this restaurant! I didn't realize there were still people who could be so excited about life in these times. This person made me feel very welcome and radiated joy about their job and the positive things still happening in the world. And on top of that, the sandwich I had was delicious too!

The vegetables are always fresh, which is great. However, there's one employee who has a tattoo on her face, and I really dislike it when she makes my sandwich. She hardly puts any veggies on it, and when I ask for extra, she only adds a tiny sliver of whatever I requested. I've even left the restaurant and come back just to avoid her making my sandwich. The older lady and the guy there always do a much better job!
