フィードバックを提供するThe journey through was completely secured when I moved in, so I decided to go in a sequence. When I came in there, three or four people stood before the driveway and none of them was before me. when we waited there after five minutes, two other people went in and then a minute later. after seven minutes, the person stood before me on the head. not a hired person had greeted us, only one minute said, or so. the hired did literally as if we were not even standing there. I can understand whether they are supported and understaffed, but it is completely unacceptable, disgusting, abhorrent and inhumane that a company does not even recognize its presence while standing there and waiting patiently for the service. these mcdonalds needs their employees fired, their management fired completely off and new and all new employees trained properly before it opens again. what a sweat and a failed business.
I have to go through. I know it was late, so I apologized in the window. was greeted by a dame who told me that I was gentle to take it was “send it over”. Now, as someone with highly functional autism that can not hear me or regulate my vote, but I try my best, not to say that not only hurt my feelings, but to be embarrassed for something that she has no idea how it will contact sensorial sensitivity manager.
First visit. through the drive thru, was very fast. the staff was very friendly, had my dog with me, who all talked to him, was just quite beautiful. hasn't had any decent McDonald experience for years! great job!
Waited 20 minutes for 2 breakfast burritos. only one ride through the lane opened during the busy breakfast brush! this must be one of the worst managed McDonald’s in south carolina!
The single best customer service I've received at a McDonald's since the 90s. Customer service has been terrible with McDonald's for so long that I was SHOCKED by someone treating me with a smile and kindness. They actually made me feel good and every item was correct! Thank you Sidel!!
