Whataburger - Fort Worth

I had Thanksgiving dinner with my friend and another couple. I really enjoyed the food and the company. We ended up with three onion rings and one fry — a happy little accident! It was great to see the staff not overly stressed or upset; they were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was also bustling with customers. Thanks, Whataburger!

Dinner was excellent! I ordered the chicken fried chicken, which came with mashed potatoes and green beans. I highly recommend it. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is that our bread rolls didn't arrive until after our meal, and we had to ask for them.

Be sure to double-check your order before you leave, as there's a high chance something might be missing. The food was decent, standard Whataburger quality and pleasantly warm, but when I informed the two employees that my order was missing two items, they seemed puzzled even though my order was clearly marked on the receipt in the bag. The restaurant would benefit from specific training on how to efficiently process orders, ensuring that the correct ones are sent out promptly.

Service was great; quick and friendly, even at 8:15 as traffic was at its morning peak. Food was hot and fresh, and they offered receipt and condiments without having to ask. [Aug 30, 2022] This location does not have Jalapeño-Cheddar biscuits,but they do still have Honey-Butter chicken in the mornings

Easily one of the worst locations in terms of service. The food is the same as other locations. Placed a mobile order, walked inside to realize none of the employees had an understanding of how the computers or mobile orders operated. Several ?missing?orders, the guy in front of me was visibly upset because this issue was making him late to work. The guy at the front counterdecided to say that was his problem and that he wasn?t going to let this customers frustration change their attitude towardscustomers ? which was terrible. Also not a manager in sight while this was happening. The guy ended up leaving and his order waswrong ? the employees just shrugged and told everyone in the restaurant to ignore his bad attitude. Can?t recommend thislocation by any means. Needs a management overhaul.
