Whataburger - Fort Worth

This location is kind of a hot mess. It's a very busy location at a busy intersection, so it's not really anyone's fault. There's no problem with the food or staff. The food is exactly what you'd expect from Whataburger and the staff has always beenfriendly to me, but I think they're too busy to be able to handle it. The drive thru has been a disaster lately, with carspulled over and parked all over the place. Going in is much better.

Tonight, the restaurant was quite busy due to the aftereffects of the ice storm, so I opted to go inside to place my order rather than wait in the drive-thru. The staff was respectful and friendly, and my food was hot and accurate. I would rate the food 5 out of 5!

I ordered a side of gravy, but when it arrived, less than half of my burger was cold.

The staff at this restaurant is friendly, and the food is served hot. I decided to use the drive-thru, and the wait time was shorter than at other Whataburgers I've visited. I've never had a reason to complain. My daughter really enjoys the limited edition shakes and often asks the staff about the new flavors and how much longer they can enjoy the current ones. They always treat her exceptionally well.

Slowest Whataburger ever!!!! These people go around like zombies. You have no idea what it means to run a fast food restaurant. Waited in the parking lot for 20 minutes, while they just walked around completely relentless and finally tried to give me the wrong order, and when I finally got my order, my pommes were just tipped in the pocket and everything was cold. I'm going out 15 minutes to another Whataburger. This is absolutely terrible! The company should be ashamed of this place and the lazy people who work here.
