フィードバックを提供するDidn’t receive any condiments, straws, or spoons. Had to eat nuggets with no sauce drink with no straw and eat a frosty with no spoon. There was no line so don’t understand why they made this mistake or couldn’t answer the phone to resolve this issue!
Please don't go here at night, the food is cold and nasty and so is the employees BAD attitudes!!!!!!!
Ordered delivery using DoorDash the Wendy’s in question gave our order away which was almost $70 to the wrong driver then when we called stating that we never received our food they said it wasn’t their problem once It left the building yet the driver showed up and the manager told them that they had already given the food to the driver. Yet the driver was there and the food wasn’t, so we had to contact door dash in order to get a refund. don’t ever go here at night, the night manager was very rude and unprofessional. I will also be contacting corporate as the company I work for is a supply vendor for Wendy’s and get a direct call with the owner to notify him of his employees behavior.
Bathrooms not stocked, dispensers not working. Food took 45 minutes to get. Customer service is non existent as they redirect you to the automated kiosk.
This location has ended up having me and my family swearing off and never eating Wendy’s again. Such a shame as they use to be one of our favorite hamburger chain restaurants. Staff never looks happy to be there… can’t blame them as I suspect their pay is not a living wage. Please don’t send me a gift card unless it is from one of your competitors.
