I sampled one of each type of taco they offer, except for the tripe, totaling six tacos, and they were fantastic. All the tacos came on corn tortillas, topped with onions and cilantro. They also had a salsa that I had never tried before, with just the right amount of heat. I've already decided I'll be visiting often to explore the other options on the menu!

Was searching for lengua, found this place. it was ok, but a little dry. oddly no Mexican coke bottles (sad face) however very authentic and friendly staff. might retry.Food: 3/5

This restaurant is quite small and can get very crowded, making it challenging to accommodate families of more than four. The service is also quite slow, as they bring out the food one plate at a time. If you have hungry little ones, this might not be the best dining option for you. Food rating: 2/5.

Tacos la Banqueta is my go-to spot for tacos, having visited four times already. I absolutely love the tacos and gorditas, as well as the hibiscus drink and the rice beverage. I highly recommend it! Food: 5/5
