Worst location ever just came order in drive trhu my food was super cold like is was made 1 hour before I picked it up Damm I'm mad spend last few bucks to get the worst order ever !!! Slappy messy cold old taste lettuce like when is old you can just tell my recommendation if u dnt like your job just quit dnt treat people like that yall not giving away anything we buying this !!! Taco bell was great, except two people who hit me for food, Taco Bell has no feed from hungry fund?? I don't think it would hurt them, I gave them a money, but the other one was fortunately no more money.

I've been here for years. I live 3 minutes from here. The girl that took my order told me to come in to get it. I was on my way. I ordered two taco party packs. She's waiting 5 minutes to tell me I have to come in and get my order. I never said I'd come in. I always have my party packs in the window. I get a job shortage, but during the pandemic I always have my party packs in the car time. Then I asked for a refund because why go thru the drive thru when I get ta go to my food. The girl that took my order had a setting and then the girl that was a manager took 10 minutes to do the refund and said it would last 10 working days ta get my money back. I'll never be back. Because the drive thru on the hard drive thru, be the window where you pay, and then you have to get out and go to get your food.

Bad experience I ever had somewhere! I had ordered the new seven layers aftero fry, and they only cheese on it and also the nacho-Fries were still in the middle I called there and asked to speak with a manager, I was transferred to a chef, and he even said he was a chef not the manager then he gave the phone back to the same girl who had taken our order that I could add was on the screen trying to pick up orders by the Drive-Through As good as I paid with cash, but I had in my purse and then the rest on my card and they accused me of the full amount on my card that I didn't see until I came home and they told me they didn't have a receipt to give me a receipt when I asked for one. I don't recommend this place. You will always have the order wrong as well as always setting, no matter what time of day or how beautiful you are or not and very not assisting with any problems you have or even if they are made a mistake they will tell you to lie. I would also like to say that we have problems with this site several times from customer service to orders incorrectly and completely a different order as in a time they gave us a DoorDash order and we always told them that it was not Ours. This is the place that is closest to where I live and we would go there, but after so many times we are going to a completely different place that is going on, but the ride is worth, especially with this is how this place is called
