Pizza Verde - Fort Worth

We thoroughly enjoyed our first experience at this restaurant. They offer a wide variety of specialty pizzas, making it hard to choose just one, so we ended up trying three different ones - the arugula, bacon brussels, and the verde. All of them were delicious, fresh, and had unique flavors. I am excited to return and try some other items on their menu. In addition to the pizzas, we also sampled the bruschetta, roast cheese, Caesar salad, and salted caramel purple for dessert - all of which were equally delicious.

I really enjoyed the bruschetta topped with house-made plant-based mozzarella. The kartoffel and milk pizza was unique and tasty. The bacon and Brussels sprouts were also delicious.

There are plenty of choices for pizza, desserts, and a couple of salads at this restaurant. The service is quick, and the location is convenient in the metro area. This review was last updated on April 17, 2022.

We enjoyed the fried mozzarella, Caesar salads, a pizza verde (thin crust), and a potato leek pizza (cauliflower crust). Finished it all off with caramel gelato. Hubby thought the flavors on the pizza verde were a bit too mild and didn’t like the abundance of cilantro. But everything else was fantastic. I loved the cauliflower crust texture. The Caesars were better than the real thing. And though the fried mozzarella didn’t ‘string’, the flavors and textures were spot on. We will definitely be back!
