Mcdonald's - Fort Worth

We had an excellent experience here thanks to the daytime crew. The manager was incredibly friendly, and the staff was well-organized. For the first time, I didn't have to take my burger apart to add all the ingredients myself because it was made perfectly. The burgers looked amazing. Kudos to the cook and the kitchen team for a job well done!

We went inside this time so I could use expiring points. The man who helped me was so patient and helpful with me figuring out the app. Didn't act like I was putting him out either!

This McDonald's offers excellent customer service, but the fries could use some improvement. I've observed similar issues with the fries at other McDonald's locations, which seems to be linked to the ongoing employee shortage.

They always get the food out super fast and always seem to be in a good mood it's a great location the times I have not had a good time are few and far between so keep being awesome
