Jack In The Box - Fort Worth

The staff here are extremely friendly, and the response time for orders is impressive—no long waits at all!

The dining room is supposed to open at 7 AM, but when I arrived at 10 AM, the doors were locked. I noticed the workers communicating through the windows, which felt quite unprofessional. Meanwhile, a little boy, who is related to one of the staff members, was allowed to sit inside the dining room, enjoying his meal and playing. This raises questions about the establishment's responsibility. What's going on at Jack in the Box? It feels reminiscent of issues you'd encounter at McDonald's. The staff's attitudes were unpleasant, and if they dislike their job, they should reconsider working there. I shouldn't have to worry about my food being potentially mishandled because someone is frustrated with their Saturday morning.

The scariest location I have ever visited. Felt like a place you eat your last meal in a scary movie. No restroom access. Must make purchase to access but after purchase, advised there are no condiments available. ? Hard pass.

The food was excellent, and the staff took our order promptly and efficiently.

I enjoyed Jack at this location food was fresh and employee who took my order was really great.
