I even took a picture of the two women who were behaving immaturely. If working there isn't fulfilling for you, I recommend finding a different job.
I went to the Jack in the Box on Henderson. I will never go back again. I had to repeat my order 3times and still had to ask for something in the window. When given my drink the worker Rebecca spilled drink on my hand did not offer napkins or say sorry for spilling it on my hand. Gave me my second order and still had to ask for my dipping sauces. Rebecca had a attitude all that time while waiting on me. She shut the window at me, when honking to get name of manager she refused to come at the window. Other employee tried making up excuses and stated that I was in the wrong. When asking for the manager they stated manager was not in the office and will be back in the morning. I advise never to go to that place again, they do not know how to communicate with the customers and always have a attitude and looks like it hurts them to work..
The people that was working in the Jack in the Box would be very rude and very disrespectful old other people and you try to explain what you wanted to order and they just give you what they wanted and they wouldn't try to help you in any way form or fashion to make your order right this is the Jack in the Box on Belknap and Riverside Drive very poorly run
Jack needs to hire nicer people; the staff always seem upset. If they don't enjoy their work, they should just leave! The customer service is really poor.
I visited the drive-thru on June 14 at approximately 1:15 PM, and I can honestly say I have never experienced such rudeness before. When I arrived at the window, the cashier simply stood there in silence. She didn’t greet me, inform me of my total, or say anything at all—just a blank stare. I handed her a $10 bill, thinking my order couldn't possibly cost more than that. Without acknowledging me, she abruptly shoved my bag out the window. She then handed me my drink and change, all while remaining completely mute. I've never been to a place where the cashier doesn’t at least offer a greeting or a thank you. I really hope she was nearing the end of her shift, as she made me feel like I was an inconvenience.
