フィードバックを提供するMy husband placed an online order for 10:50, just five minutes after the restaurant opened. When I arrived at 10:55, the to-go shelf was empty. In fact, there was a man in front of me waiting for his order to be finished, and five other people were placing orders. They were really busy! I had to wait a few minutes for my food to be prepared. However, the restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly, and they were working hard. The food was fresh and delicious. I visit this location frequently, and it’s always the same great experience. I give it five stars! Thank you! If you found my review helpful, please click the thumbs-up button.
This is a lovely restaurant. Every time I've visited, I've enjoyed excellent food and outstanding customer service. I actually stood in line behind the customer who wrote the previous review, and I've been checking back to see if she would share her experience since I witnessed the entire situation. There are several younger employees at this location, but I commend their efforts; they're clearly trying to do their jobs well. Fast food workers deserve the same kindness as anyone in a high-powered position. In this instance, the staff handled everything appropriately and made every effort to accommodate the needs of the customers. Kindness truly makes a difference, and it often leads to kindness in return.
This restaurant has really declined. I won’t be coming back. They are frequently out of items, and all five times I’ve tried to order, the store has been closed, only accepting mobile orders. They will prepare food for you if you order from your car, but they won’t let you inside. The previous reviews are accurate; this location is dirty, and instead of cleaning it up, they’ve simply chosen not to open. I’m no longer going to bother trying to get food here. If they don’t want to keep the store operational, they won’t have one for long. Save your time; there are two other Chipotle locations nearby. The management here is terrible.
That was quite an experience. There were only three employees working during lunchtime on a Saturday, which meant they were clearly short-staffed. While this isn’t the fault of the workers, it was concerning that we didn’t see a manager around at all. They were low on almost everything, and there was a line stretching to the door. I felt for the employees who were working hard to keep up with the demand. It might be time for a change in management at this location. Also, the bathroom was in terrible condition—definitely a no-go.
I won't blame the young lady who was serving , I WILL HOLD MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTABLE . I could visibly see that she was overwhelmed when I came in to pick up my online order. There was a line of people others still coming in mind you this is about 15 min prior to close 3 people including myself to pick up online orders. I waited about 7 min before I went to the counter asked about online orders because I could see 3 bags on the counter. She stated she's the only one working and she's doing as best she can. I cannot fault her for poor management. She was very calm courteous when she conveyed this. Clearly overworked, I am sure she's underpaid but I will say this, ease up on the servings. This is way too much guacamole and I saw the same thing on a customer who was being rang up. I got my food, both items were cold. How do you leave your employees insufficient help in an up coming, extremely busy area on let alone a night that football is on?! People are more than likely NOT cooking. Management needs to be overhauled at this point because this is unacceptable for customers and the employees.
