フィードバックを提供するI used the app to place an order for my food in advance, and it used to be a fast and reliable service. However, that seems to have changed. They've messed up my orders, missed items, and there's been long wait times, even with eight people on break. My online order, which should have been ready for me, ended up behind customers who were walking in and ordering on the spot. It's going to take me a while before I trust them again.
This restaurant can have a line that wraps around the building, but I’m always willing to wait in it, unlike at other places where I'd probably turn and leave. The staff operates like a well-oiled machine, and they are incredibly friendly and attentive while working very hard. It's consistently a great experience here, especially at this location. Thank you all for your commitment to providing us with an excellent experience every time!
I had the pleasure of being helped by Adam this morning, and he was truly a bright spot in my day. Having staff like him as the first point of contact for customers every morning is a brilliant idea. Thank you, Adam, for such a fantastic interaction; you are truly an icon and a legend!
