Summit Grill - Fort Wayne

Wow! our server was excellent. (jaylisa) she has treated a whole room with rest and order and a smile for all added! eating was hot and no delays. really great service for silvester!

Eating was very good, reservations worked perfectly and I thought that our server (see new) was excellent. she has made a great job to make it a fun evening.

Very mediocre I’m sorry to say. Prime rib was tough really chewy, drinks were just ok, dessert (ice cream, brownie, chocolate chip cookie, the 2 baked goods were stale and dry. The broccoli potatoes were great. Probably won’t need to go back.

We sat outside, which is my preference for this place due to the nice, clean patio and too many tvs inside. Food was great, per usual. Our server was friendly and offered a relaxed pace of service, which was perfect for two friends catching up!

This was my first experience at this restaurant, accompanied by my wife. We were seated quickly, and our server, though quite busy, was both friendly and efficient. The Wagyu sirloin and Caesar salad were excellent, and the crème brûlée was among the best I’ve ever had. While the noise level was on the higher side, we were still able to enjoy a conversation without constantly repeating ourselves. The multiple large television screens in the dining area felt a bit overwhelming and gave the impression of being in a sports bar, so we believe the atmosphere could be improved with fewer TVs. Overall, the quality of the food and service allowed us to overlook our concerns about the ambiance, and we are eager to return to Summit Grill soon.
