Crab Trap, Fort Walton Beach

Fantastic hotel! I traveled with my three pups due to a frequent change of station (PCS), and I would give this place a solid five stars just for that.

We discovered a towel in the fridge and a broken piece on the floor next to it. Additionally, there was a tip jar left out. We expressed our concerns.

The place has a musty odor! There was no remote for the TV, and the receptionist never answered her phone. It was difficult to get a good night's sleep due to the smell.

We visited for dinner and started with the oyster and crab cake appetizer. The crab cake was incredible, so we ordered another one and mentioned to our server, Phillip, how delicious it would be as a po' boy sandwich. He kindly prepared some bread for us to create our own po' boy, which was so good that we ended up getting another one. Phillip was outstanding, and the food was fantastic. Overall, the entire experience was truly unique. Thank you, Phillip, and the entire staff. We will definitely be back!

The food and service are consistently excellent. The drinks are quite strong. We really enjoy sitting outside with a wonderful view of the ocean.
