The beef bulgogi served with either rice or low-carb cauliflower rice is excellent. It's well-seasoned and not spicy, though I added some warmth for my taste. The Swiss bacon burger topped with grilled mushrooms, accompanied by roasted potatoes on a bed of baby spinach, is fantastic.
I tried Healthy Coast Meals on the recommendation of a friend. I was looking for a quick lunch option that I could throw in the lunchbox in the morning and heat up for lunch the next day. You've definitely got that with Healthy Coast Meals. It's impressive. They have several pre-made meals available to choose from, and they've got them well-organized by what you may be looking for. I tried three meals. The portions are pretty large, almost too large for my lunch plan (I usually don't eat a huge lunch). The price range for the meals I got was $11-$13. I suppose that's what I'd pay if I went out for lunch, and this is a way healthier option! Overall, the food was really good and for me, it's a good option to keep in mind for all meals.
We drove to the airport to head home and were in search of some healthy meals for both of us. We found exactly what we were looking for—wholesome, straightforward, and delicious options. The owner and staff were incredibly kind and friendly, and the place itself was spotless! I highly recommend their healthy coastal meals!
The food was really good. You will likely need salt on the items depending on your taste buds, but it is still great without it. I hope this catches on nationally. I left Florida and went home looking for something similar. No dice.
