I'm not sure about the side of sausages served with barbecue sauce, but my boyfriend enjoys it, so that's fine by me.
Since relocating from Fort Smith, I've been frequently craving the food at Ralph's Pink Flamingo. The quality of the food is outstanding, and the service couldn't be more welcoming. I often choose between the rib, pulled pork, or brisket dinners, and they've consistently been fantastic. The sides I gravitate towards—and which might be the main reason I keep coming back—are the mac and cheese and the apple cobbler. They are truly exceptional and always satisfy my cravings. I wholeheartedly recommend Ralph's to anyone visiting the area or anyone in search of delicious barbecue.
I take my barbecue pretty seriously, and I have to say this place is good, though not extraordinary. Their sauce is quite tasty, and the pulled pork is enjoyable. The sausage ranks among the best I've ever had, and the ribs are definitely above average. Overall, this has become my favorite barbecue spot in Fort Smith.
You turn into the strip mall and think 'you have to be kidding '. Inside it is large and filled with memorabilia from their awards and commendations.<br/ <br/ Food is good and they have huge portions. Beware of combos which have even more food.<br/ <br/ Ribs were good as was the chopped chicken. Had beans and corn. It was far too much to eat. I 'm told the deserts are great too, but alas no room.
Great BBQ! Don't be fooled by the fact the place is in a strip center. Make sure to get the chocolate pecan pie. The sauce has such good flavor. <br/ <br/
