Moreno's Bakery - Fort Smith

Mexican sweets are absolutely delicious and a must-try! They pair wonderfully with your morning coffee. She also bakes cakes for events and parties. Just keep in mind that she only accepts cash as payment, so be prepared for that.

A friend introduced me to this place, and I can't believe I've been missing out all this time! I find myself going there nearly every day now.

I traveled all the way from Poteau to try the highly praised pan dulce, but unfortunately, it was closed! We double-checked the store hours online just to be sure it wasn't a mistake on our part, and the website clearly stated it should be open by 8 a.m. There was no notice explaining the closure. While I understand emergencies happen, it's not very professional to disregard posted hours. So, I went to Don José's bakery instead. As a pregnant woman, I had to satisfy my intense cravings, and I was thrilled with their delicious pan dulce, flan, and tres leches. Thankfully, there’s more than one bakery in Fort Smith!
