It was a delight to take my time and enjoy a meal here with my baby. Although she was too young for the play area, she was thrilled to receive a new book with her kids' meal. (Just a note, you need to ask for a book for children under 3.) Thank you to the Chick-fil-A staff!
I ordered a thin chicken sandwich with just cheese, mayo, and tomato. Instead, I received a thick and unappetizing chicken sandwich with no cheese, and they added pickles, which I can't stand. It was really unpleasant. I specifically went there for the thin chicken patty and clearly communicated my order to the girl who took it. To make matters worse, they also didn’t include tomatoes or cheese in my daughter's order. Fayetteville has much better options, but I guess Fort Smith just doesn't measure up.
It?s the 3rd time in a row a main meal item was not in the bag. I live 15 minutes away and don?t have the time to go back and collect what I paid for. I don?t want my meal replaced or for you to make it right. Hire more competent employees.
The bathroom was clean and was properly stocked with toilet paper, soap, and paper towels (enough for the use of my party at least?I didn?t notice if there were extra toilet rolls or paper towels available). I appreciated that there was a step stool formy four-year-old to use. Even the corner of the counter had been cut to a 45-degree angle to afford more space for traffic inthe ladies? room and to prevent bruised hips! There were many people waiting on food when I entered the restroom, as well asmultiple lines of cars outside (it was around 1 p.m. on a Thursday), but by the time I came out of the restroom, all orders forthose waiting inside had apparently been filled since it was suddenly empty. I had zero wait time! The cashier listened well, and I didn?t have to repeat anything. She did seek clarification when I said I wanted two kid?s nugget meals that I wanted friednuggets and french fries rather than grilled nuggets and some other side. I asked for a milk shake to split between my two sonsand an extra cup and lid for that purpose. She wasn?t sure how to ring it up ?properly? but figured out a work-around herself, without help, of coupling the milkshake to one meal and a water to another. I was pleased when she didn?t give me the extrawater that I didn?t want but simply used it as a placeholder. She even put two cherries on the milkshake since she knew I wassplitting it. When another server handed me my food (to go), he asked if I had straws and grabbed some for me, even though theywere only a few feet away from us. It was very kind. Service like this is why Chick-fil-A is thriving?and why I am a happycustomer! Thanks, CFA!
When we arrived at the drive-thru, there were at least four girls at the window. One of them asked for our name to locate our order, but no one actually took note of it. Instead, when we started providing details about our order, they simply looked for the biggest bag. When my sister mentioned that we had missed items in our last four or five visits and asked if they could double-check the order, they just handed her the bag and the drinks and walked away. It would have been rude to block the line just to verify our order, so we parked in the lot to check what we received, but with limited space in the front seat. Of course, we found more missing items. No one wants to drive all the way back across town when the family is trying to enjoy dinner. This is really unacceptable and getting very frustrating!
