The staff is very rude and the chicken has gone downhill, pure fat in the bucket and no taste

I am impressed. Personable staff catering to a customers wishes. The food was absolutely fantastic the way it used to be everywhere. The staff here deserves kudos for a job well done. Clean, neat and no fuss. Clone these young people and put them in every fast food restaurant we need them to set an example for how service leads to profitability and returning clientele. Give them a raise they just highlighted your business and made more valuable. XXX Loved it!

Everything was tasty and not greasy like some places I've been at.

UPDATED 2022. Had to update my review from 4 years ago. I downgraded fr 4 stars to 1. Wont let me post 0. This KFC has gone down hill since it changed owners. Chicken dont taste good, very greasy n almost under cooked. Gravy is aweful and customer service is horrable.Employees seemed bothered and/or annoyed that I was placeing my order. Did not feel welcomed here. Felt like I was looked down on.Employees and customer service will make or break a business. Now taking my $80-90 orders someplace else. 25+years ago, this KFC location was the best!! Times sure have changed.

Terrible food, water gravy, dirty restaurant and bathrooms.
