Panera Bread - Fort Myers

The food is good when they have everything in stock. However, I've often found that they're out of a few items I like. When they do have them, the dishes are quite tasty. Overall, I’d rate the food a 3, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 4.

Usually I like Panera, but I ordered the new chicken smokehouse barbecue sandwich. It was dry as a bone. No sauce at all. Like eating sawdust. I find they are inconsistent on quality which makes me hesitant to order. However I ordered on the app and my orders are usually waiting on the time I selected.
