Chipotle Mexican Grill - Fort Mitchell

It's almost as if they do not put enough salt or lime in the guac here. Everything else is generally great! I visit this location more than the new Independence location, which is way closer to my house.

The portion size was laughable! I ordered a veggie bowl and asked for guac. They literally didn’t even scoop the guac and put what little was already in the spoon!

Place is ok as long as lady with the mask on doesn’t make your food .!!!! Barely puts any protein on bowls and rushes you through line . Employees making their own food bowls have plenty of protein in them !!!! Stay away when she is making your order !!!

Everytime I order online from this location, they always messed up the orders.How difficult is it to make a burrito and follow instructions?My nephew worked at this location and told us that it's being managed by kids who don't know what's going on half the time.Mentioned they don't even let you work the hours they give you.He tells me he's better off asking for change than trying to make anything off them.

Ordered onlineOrdered double meat. I got about half a normal order of carnitas!A $16 burrito bowl you should be able to find the meat somewhere in there! Nope!
