Shake Shack - Fort Lauderdale

The service and food at this restaurant are fantastic! Orders are always accurate and delivered promptly. I highly recommend trying this place, especially if you enjoy competitors like BurgerFi. The staff is dedicated, with a special shoutout to Millie who is exceptional at her workstation.

I only paid $18 for my burger, but they forgot to include the extra cheese and avocado that I asked for. I tried to call and complain, but no one answered and I was already at home, so I didn't want to go back to the restaurant.

The positives of the restaurant were the delicious food, friendly service, and clean environment. However, the negatives included slow service despite pandemic precautions being expected. The food was served warm instead of hot or cold. Overall, it was a decent experience. It was nice to see the manager actively involved in running food and assisting at the register, showing that they cared.

First, I tried the mushroom burger, who has cheese in the patty, and I fries and her earthly shock. my man tried with the granatapfel the only pfefferkäseburger. the portions are small, but honestly, we don't eat a heavy portion, so we thought it was great. the aromen were amazing, the shake was so smooth and tasty. the pommes were well seasoned.

Wasn't impressed...the food was ok, we've had better at same style restaurants, we had 1 Cheese burger, 1 smokestack burger and 1 chicken bites, all was good but not great or anything. Milkshake was to thick to sweet. Service was lame bathrooms dirty. To me personally, not worth going back too.
