Mcdonald's - Fort Lauderdale

I gave this restaurant a 3-star rating primarily because of its location. It's unfortunate that it's situated right across from the bus station, where there are homeless individuals. This is a situation that needs attention. The staff here are very friendly, but their ability to assist is limited when it comes to the local population. Some people may approach your car and attempt to clean it, so it's best to politely ignore them to avoid any issues. As someone who works in mental health, I believe that the way we approach situations is crucial. I strongly recommend that the restaurant consider hiring a security guard for added safety.

I had an awful experience at this restaurant. The girl at the drive-thru window had a really unpleasant attitude and asked for my order multiple times. When I finally approached the window, she said, "I'm sorry, what was your order?" and then continued to respond with "Huh?" as if she couldn't hear me. I asked to speak with the manager, but a very young woman in her early twenties, who claimed to be the manager, acted the same way. Throughout our conversation, she kept saying "Huh?" It was incredibly frustrating. Eventually, I decided to cancel my order and went to another McDonald's instead.

I'm from Miami and I work in Broward, and I occasionally stop by this McDonald's for lunch. I want to start by saying that this location has the friendliest and most professional staff I've ever encountered at any McDonald's. The service is fast and efficient, and the food is always fresh! The manager, Carline, is outstanding; she greets you with such warmth that it really lifts your spirits, and her team mirrors that same kindness. Additionally, Marvin, the security guard from Scope 24 security, does an excellent job of maintaining a safe environment for everyone. Honestly, this is the best McDonald's I've ever eaten at. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a warm welcome and respectful service! Thank you, Carline, and your amazing staff!

The chicken biscuit was terrible. Full of gristle and rubbery. The manager that waited on me acted liked she'd rather not. A bunch of men in there talking too loud like they wanted everyone to hear their conversation. Bad experience for almost eight dollars for a chicken biscuit, tasteless hash browns and a tiny milk.

I love McDonald's. I have the app and I use it to save money and get free things with my accumulated points. In this economy it is an affordable splurge.
