Panda Express - Fort Drum

Today, I stopped to grab some lunch, and it was takeout. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Around 4:45 clock to a place to be open until 18 clock. they were cleaned out in front and no one in the back would recognize me. I don't want to know if he's got a few bulls or a couple of workers. if they apply for their hours, they either stay until closing or change their advertised hours!

Amazing, amazing, amazing customer service!!! On Friday February 26th, we ordered from here. I called ahead just to confirm they had what we wanted which included 16 wontons, they did. I actually called twice because I had two separate questions and they didn't seem bothered whatsoever, they took the time to answer my questions, they also took the time to go into details. They even asked for my husband's name so they knew who would be showing up for the big wonton order along with screenshots. My husband showed up with screenshots of what was going to be ordered so that way he could just show them and not mess up the order LOL. The food was fresh, just the right amount of sauce, and tasted delicious!My first call I had to look back at my phone to make sure I called the correct number, I even asked them if they were the fort drum Panda Express because he was extremely nice. The second call was a female who was also just as nice. I've never had a bad experience at Panda Express I just felt like these two customer service representatives went beyond just doing their jobs which is hard to find people like that in this industry nowadays. I also have to give props to all the people that were preparing that food that day because the taste was outstanding. Thank you for providing our family with a great dinner and a great experience!

Found Panda Express online stating there’s one in Watertown NY. After driving 50 miles and it’s not open to the Public, it’s actually on Fort Drum in the PX. Non Service, Soldiers only !!! Why don’t they put this on there Website, Not for Civilians

I always have a great dining experience at this restaurant, especially when I visit around 5:00 PM. The food is always fresh, hot, and served promptly.
