I really enjoy Rush Bowls, but here I am standing outside at 7:07 am, and guess what? They’re still not open! They’re supposed to open at 7 am. It’s really disappointing that this location seems to have a consistent issue with poor customer service.
I stood at the register with three employees for five minutes, waiting to be assisted, despite there being no other customers in the store. One of the employees right in front of me even said, "I’ll take out the trash and then I’m leaving," as if I wasn't there at all. It would have been nice if they had prioritized helping their coworker and me before clocking out.
This restaurant was a bit outside my usual preferences when it comes to smoothies, but I decided to give it a try since I had a gift card from a friend. I wasn't sure what to expect with ingredients like spinach and kale mixed in, but I was pleasantly surprised by their colorful and creative offerings, along with the nutritional information they provided. The portion sizes are quite generous, making it easy to share with someone. I highly recommend checking this place out if you’re in the east side of Fort Collins, just off I-25 near Harmony.
We really enjoy getting açaí at Rush Bowls! It's incredibly delicious, especially on a hot day. The only downside is that it can be a bit pricey for the portion sizes, and service may take a while when they're busy. Food: 5/5.
