First time here and WOW. So good. Great seasoning, fresh ingredients. Def took bfast to another level.

While I'm sure there may be plenty of tastier options on the menu, I was just not a fan of the green chili burrito I got. Coming from a state with big flavorful breakfast tacos I was excited to try Colorado's version as well as green chili. Nothing about it tasted bad, it was just bland to me. I did enjoy the French toast with the fresh berries and whipped cream though.

Menu seems too limited. It as if they cater to only a few tastes. Honestly 90% of the items on the menu sounded odd. While I was standing at the counter looking at the menu, no one seemed friendly. Sad cuz 7 yrs ago I loved this place.
