The best Mexican in Ft Collins! Carne asada was delicious! Have not had a bad meal here!

Great place to have some good food! Love the salsa bar and the staff is super friendly. Watch out for those margaritas though as they will sneak up on you quick!

We used Los Tarascos to cater our son's graduation party from CSU. They could not have been more helpful! It's always difficult to make arrangements from out of state! I found my contact at Los Tarascos to be friendly, helpful, reliable and prompt. I really relied on her to advise me on the type of dishes to serve and the amounts. Our guests raved about the food!! Everything from set up, serving, and clean up was done efficiently and professionally. We highly recommend this restaurant!

This is the best Mexican Restaurant in Fort Collins. Real Authentic food and an amazing Salsa bar. You cant beat their Margarita anywhere. And the service is spectacular.

Food was amazing,and the Margaritas are to die for! Services was very slow for going at lunch time. Good thing the food n drinks make up for it!!!
