Little Caesars Pizza - Fort Collins

Usually I leave only positive reviews for the places I visit BUT the manager in place is incompetent, unkindly and completely condescending. After a simple time ordering and payment for our order on the app, this lady made it difficult for us just to grab it. At first there was, We don't have an online order, then it became an argument what's and blah blah until a much competent employee of her was like, your order is here. . The manager would not give us the order because there is a name (mine that owns the Little Ceasars App account) and my friend 's who paid for it. Then she wanted to argue about it. Now our order is cold, but I guess we're trying to save a few dollars and order a subpar pizza first. This place is garbage.

Staff were absolutely rude and totally unprofessional! They laughed and cry when they told my son to go home? after they had deliberately dragged his car. Total fraud. Pretty sure this Little Caesars has a very profitable agreement with Schmers Towing. Ridiculous! Incredibly disappointed by these actions and behaviors. I'm not going to do business with one of these companies EVER!

Manager towed my car and two other peoples within the span of an hour. No private property signs, or any signs whatsoever saying I can?t park there which are shown in the photos. (i was also on the side of the building, not in front) Employees then came out to our group and told us to get off their property, and after saying we can?t leave because we don?t have our car, they told us to ?Call daddy? and ?you can use daddy?s money to pay for it?. Completely unprofessional and incredibly rude employees.

Got a pepperoni pizza and some cheese bread. Was told it was gonna be about thirty minutes for delivery, an hour later and it was finally on the way. When I got it, it was cold and un edible just a big bummer cause this is my usually go to quick and cheap dinners.

Ordered from this location for the first time today using the app. Everything went smooth. Order was ready exactly when they said it would be. Quick in out using the pizza portal. Thank you guys!
