Dunkin Donuts - Fort Collins

I think someone hates his job. three of these donuts are completely unglazed (not what I wanted) and coffee spilled over my sandwich.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. first the lobby is closed, so by the drive thru. 2 separate transactions were required, it was said that this could not be done. ok, buy the drinks, drive them back to get the donuts that someone else bought, was said very rude that they won't let the next time. What, are you not going to do business? the careless children who work here will be the reason that this place is closed.

I went before 10:00 today and asked to order a bagel, but was told that they did not eat hot. drinks are always indecent. eating (if they decide that they want to serve hot food) is decent, but also unconsistent speck is never crispy and toast/breads are sometimes burned and sometimes eaten. I wish we had another dunkin in the opposite because this is just terrible.

Incapable of ordering inside. twisted and directed to go through running gear thru or mobile order only. they can't stand with running gear thru, because the line is too long and does not move. mobile ordering will take longer because they can't keep thru with the running gear. in order. drinks <5 min

This used to be a nice place, Now just poor service, and rude Little girls work here, if you don't like your job. Nobody wants you there, go home. And why does it take every employee to make a cup of coffee for the drive-through and not one employee at the counter? Don't walk in they ignore you.
