The Human Bean - Fort Collins

This is my go to coffee shop every time I visit family in Fort Collins! They’re the best of the best. I love the baristas, their signature drinks, and the customer service is top notch!

Love The Human Bean! Their baristas are always so nice and accommodating for coffee orders. The price is similar to a Starbucks. No dining in but I've never waited at the drive through for very long. Also free chocolate covered coffee beans!!

Human Bean’s staff is 10/10. Always friendly and attentive and wayyyy less intense than Dutch Bros “broistas” who are too energetic/in your face. So mad props to the culture of Human Bean! However, the espresso here is just… bad. (The true litmus test for a good coffee shop is really good espresso/coffee beans, imo. I keep going back because I want it to be better, but if you’re looking for high-quality coffee, this ain’t it. Amazing breakfast burritos though!!

They've calculated me $8.50 for a matcha latte costing $6.05 at dieucks. I would rather have local support than do, but not at the price.

This is such a friendly place! Everyone who works here greets them with the greatest smiles and kills the most delicious fast coffee! they have a whole range of generally found drive through coffee options and many vegetable milk to keep it all vegan and animal conscious. the best of all that human bean carries delicious vegan rustic donuts that drink the ultimate pairing with their freshly ordered coffee or espresso. yum! as a gardener I find that there are often compost-ready coffee spots in the barrel also from the back. more fuel for my healthy garden floor!
