Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced! I attempted to place an order over the phone, but the person I spoke with seemed completely clueless about the process. He even said, "Let me ask the manager," which was frustrating. This isn't my first time encountering issues here. The management seriously needs to improve. Service rating: 1.
