フィードバックを提供するI've loved the food at this restaurant and have been a loyal customer since they opened. However, my experience with ordering pickup has been frustrating. They seem to forget orders when it gets busy, and I've noticed they take the phone off the hook at those times. Just a few nights ago, I tried calling 12 times but only got a busy signal. Tonight, I was put on hold for 8 minutes before I decided to hang up. I attempted to call back multiple times shortly after, but again got nothing but busy signals. It seems like I'm done with them for now. I actually wanted to order catfish...
