Chili's Grill - Forney

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The manager, Kim, was rude and incompetent, allowing her position to affect her attitude.

We sat immediately and it was exactly where we took our drinks orders as soon as we decided. Service was friendly and accommodating. Well served pretty fast. The chickens were good, and my mom enjoyed the loaded potato soup. My wife said the burger was really good.

There was a wait since you were short-staffed, so we could only sit in the bar area. However, the food was excellent as always, and the staff were very friendly.

The food was outstanding, and the staff were incredibly friendly and courteous!

The restaurant was bustling and had a great vibe. We were welcomed by a friendly and attentive waiter who frequently checked on us, enhancing our overall experience. I tried the smokehouse plate, and the food was delightful. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I will definitely return.
