Luckys & Peps Italian Restaurant & Pizzeria

So we've been a local for 7 years. We've visited this place twice. Both visits so far have been tragic. Terrible service, food slow and average, and staff that make up excuses on the fly. Again we've tried this place and again we're left dissatisfied. Shame as it's a great location and the locals, if treated with respect, will come back. This local won't come back.

We went here with friends mid evening Saturday. We have been here before and knew what to expect, generally the pizzas and some mains are pretty good. It was obvious it may have been a lit late for some of the wait staff as we got the feeling they were packing up even though it was only 9.30. The meals were good, and served quick but not with a smile. Would go back again but make it earlier.

We went for a quick dinner one night , the restaurant needs updating inside, its pretty awful. i ordered pasta, it was drowned in oil, i couldn't finish it and it made me sick. what a terrible place. don't bother wasting your money.

A little cramped if you want to eat in but the pizzas are great and different from the average place.

Staff are friendly. Pizza is good. Mains vary - I enjoyed mine but hubby was unimpressed and wouldn't go back. It's a family friendly pizza and pasta joint. I found the food fresh although a little more like 'fast food' than restaurant food ie a little greasy. However the pizza was very good and you've gotta love a good pizza.
