フィードバックを提供するMy brother and I drove all the way from Upper DC to try this restaurant. He absolutely loved it.
Tonight, I visited the Forestville location for the first time in their nearly 50-year tenure in the area. When I pulled up to the drive-thru, I waited for 3-4 minutes before speaking into the order microphone to ask if it was on. An employee responded with a "hold on" which lasted for another 3 minutes. When she finally returned to take my order, the process was interrupted with another "hold on" and she mistakenly repeated my order. I was frustrated at this point, so I drove to the window to pay for my food. I waited to be acknowledged, but when I asked if everything was okay, I was ignored until the employee finally answered me with an annoyed and angry eye roll. This prompted me to leave immediately as I do not want to spend my money where good customer service is lacking. The wait for our food was very long, and we had to send our order back twice. Additionally, the portion sizes were not sufficient.
Place is very dirty no one in there do there job food be overcooked floors I'd slippery they still use plastic straws manager very disrespect they call her
Omg, I placed my order, and they told me to pull up . Several cars waited 20-30 minutes, and I had to get out my car and go inside to pick up my order. Very bad service. Drive thru means drive up and get your order.
