The Khans Balti - Forest Row

I ordered curry delivery at 7:30pm and was told it would arrive by 8:15pm. Despite it being a busy Saturday night, I expected a 45-minute wait. However, by 8:35pm, my order had not arrived. After a phone call, I was informed that my order had left the kitchen and would be with me shortly. Disappointingly, my food did not arrive until 9:15pm. The curry had a thick layer of oil on top and did not taste good. The service was terrible, with excuses about a busy kitchen and multiple orders in our area causing delays. I advise against taking on more orders than you can handle in a timely manner. The overall experience was subpar.

I have been ordering from Khan's for years now and have always had an exceptional experience with them. The food is delicious and authentic, reasonably priced, and the staff are lovely. We have been ordering from Khan's for many years and they never disappoint. The menu has a wide variety of choices and the food is always delicious and of high quality. Whether dining in or getting takeout, the service is always excellent. We would definitely give Khan's a 5-star rating overall. We tried the Vegetable Balti, Channa Masala, and Sag Aloo for our vegetarian options and everything was delicious. The service for takeout was also great.

I've been going to this place for 20 years; the Curries are absolutely excellent; the meat was always excellent when I used to eat meat; and the owner Nazir almost always gives me extras, when he knows that it's me; which is really appreciated, got given a free cobra while i waited once. very friendly; and never had any issues with them whatsoever. and the price for the quality is unbeatable. the sauces are excellent never too oily so perfectly balanced. never anything to complain about whatsoever one of my favorites curry houses in UK
