フィードバックを提供するThought I’d give this drive through another chance. Really wish I hadn’t. 1 car in front of me and it took 20 minutes before they got their order. We were thinking they must have ordered 20 burgers. Nope, three small blizzards. Got up to window and three of the laziest guys standing around having a great time. No one in the lobby. I ordered 1 small cone and they must have been milking the cow and waiting for it to freeze with the time it took them to complete the order. This place is still a joke. Go elsewhere.In looking at the responses to other comments left by customers, they always say “we are sorry but we are always listening to our fans…” if that were the case, then fix this issue. Seriously. The three guys you have working there today should not be tomorrow.
Horrible service, the kids working there complained about making our drinks. When we got them they were made Horrible, way too muck flavoring. Tasted like pure syrup. The staff they have now is Horribly unprofessional. I won't be going back.
Extremely long wait…. We were in the drive thru for forever!!! We called in to see what was going on and the guy said it was busy inside…. My wife went in and there were two customers and noticed the guys joking and smoking and not busy.
Wouldn't get a cake from here. Not good decorating at all. Lady had a rude attitude the whole time.
I specified that I wanted a couple each of ranch and Buffalo sauces with my chicken tenders order.What I received was a single Buffalo sauce and that 's it.On the receipt not only they listed ranch and Buffalo but I was charged extra for X-buffalo .I 'm not sure if this mistake was done out of spite or out of incompetence. I was the only one in the drive-thru so it is not that they were pressed for time, and they even said the order back to me.A code for the feedback website was also not provided.
