Pandus Indo Chinese - Footscray

The service at this restaurant was very poor. It seemed like the staff did not value their customers at all. The wait staff were also rude and seemed hesitant to serve. Even just for a glass of water, you had to wait for minutes. I would not recommend going there. I suggest eating at a place like McDonald's instead, where at least they have courtesy and provide prompt service for customers. If you enjoy poor service, rude attitudes, waiting a long time for your order, and receiving the wrong order, then go ahead and waste your money and time at this restaurant.

To the management of Pandos and future visitors, I had the worst experience with very poor service at Pandus in Footscray. I visited with my family who were on holiday in Australia. I arrived at 1 pm and the table I had booked was very cramped. I ordered dosas, which took a long time to arrive and were cold and tasteless. When I tried to order the main course, it took almost 30 minutes to explain my order to the server. I specifically asked for starters and desserts to be brought out first, but the server informed me they didn't have any. She then brought out chicken and left it on the table for nearly 10 minutes, so it became cold and we couldn't eat it without rice. When she finally brought out the main course, everything was either undercooked or overcooked. When I complained about the delay, the server was rude and told me to have patience because it was busy. I ended up canceling the rest of my order, which was not even prepaid. At the payment counter, I noticed I was charged extra for dessert and biryani, and when I pointed this out, I was told it was a mistake. Overall, I paid for tasteless food and terrible service. I hold the management responsible for the embarrassment I faced in front of my family. I will never return to Pandos again. I have evidence to support my claims, and if the management wishes to apologize for the behavior and service, they can contact me at [email protected]. I will be waiting for an apology.

What sort of an Indo Chinese restaurant does not serve Schezuan sauce??Ordered the chicken lollipop drumsticks as they call it, it was just a thick lump of batter. Asked the chef where the chicken was, he insisted the chicken was there, just that we couldn't see it!! He took the lollipops back, without an apology though :The Chilli Chiclken was sweet and the Schezuan chicken gravy was like tomato ketchup, with some water and chopped garlic in it!!!When the bill arrived, we wanted to know why we were charged for the lollipops, he offered to settle the bill with just a discount on the lollipops price of the dish since they were already served...STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!

Great Decor followed by lovely food and service! Waiting staff have the courtesy to suggest options for new customers like us. Definitely recommend anyone to try Pandus Indo Chinese
