Huxtaburger - Footscray

I’m not a huge burger fan but was pretty impressed with the HUXTABURGER. It wasn’t too greasy but still had that dirty burger taste. The chips are really crisp, fluffy on the inside and well seasoned. The gravy would’ve been better had it been thicker but flavour wise it’s tasty.

THIS PLACE IS 5 STAR!!! The signature huxtaburger is the best. Although I think they may have changed cooks or management because the burgers aren't quite as good- the flavours still go but the patty is smaller and too much sauce. Also they aren't selling hashbrowns anymore which went great in a burger.

Came here during lockdown for a takeaway burger. The burger looks simple but is quite tasty. I feel that they could do better with just slapping a couple of lettuce in the burger, but it hasn’t affected the taste much. I like it that it isn’t too greasy, but it’s not particularly big. Price is good, service was good too because I think the boss/ manager was on duty.

We ordered the huxtaburger on a gluten bun and the Theo. The juices and meat in the burger work very well together, a really good amount of juicyness. The sauces were also good, whilst we took glee in how fresh the ingredients used were. The chips weren't too oily or fatty, instead crinkled well and seasoned with a nice salt. The gravy too, was light and had a good taste to it.<br/ <br/ Good juicy burgers for good value.
