Ohana Ramen

Quick and tasty, five minutes to serve but definitely prepped with care and time before hand. The broth for the tonkotsu was flavorful, the pork was tender. Had a side of the chicken katsu, the tonkotsu, and a combo (mini with gyoza and a selection addition). The katsu was so thin while still being juicy (unicorn combo) and the gyoza was beautifully fried. So happy ?

Jan. 31, 2024 started a cold needed hot soup ? !!! debated b'tween Chinese hot sour soup, Thai green curry or ramen. Tantan ramen won, 1st time i'd tried it. i usually eat char siu ramen or Combination A mini ramen, mini beef curry ? gyoza. Tantan is Nice, Big bowl of ramen w/ wakame, bamboo shoots, char siu, 1/2 boiled egg in ono broth (which i added chili oil to). Hit da spot, OISHII ? comes w/ 4 gyoza ? plan to visit again soon ! Good service ?
