There?s no way this place should have more than 2stars solely based on poor customer service! The worst pizza I never had ??

If I could give this place 0 ?? I would. This has to be the worst customer service I?ve ever received. I ordered online, showed up 10 minutes after the ready time and the guy running the shop and his employee claimed they never received the order. Nor could they refund me or cancel the transaction. Complete A**holes and helpless. I don?t recommend anyone ever support this business and from the looks they have a long history among various review sites of bad customer service!

Very tasty pizza and the mozzarella sticks and marinara so flavorful. But what really wowed me was how friendly the owner is. Other customers that came in greeted him and knew who he was. I bought the anti pasta for my grandma and she loved it. She is certain the Italian dressing is home made. Will be coming back often for my pizza fix.

I've been a long-time customer, but it seems they have so much business that they feel it's okay to hang up on customers mid-order. This is incredibly rude, especially towards loyal patrons who spend good money there. On top of that, I ordered food again, and the same thing happened – the cashier hung up on me again. The delivery driver was extremely late, and the cashier was very unfriendly. When I asked her to cancel my order, she had a terrible attitude. She said that what should take 40 minutes ended up taking an hour and a half, so my food probably wouldn’t be fresh. Sadly, it seems that giving them a second chance was a poor decision.
