フィードバックを提供するI used to be a long-time customer, but it seems they have plenty of business and can afford to hang up on people in the middle of their orders. It's incredibly rude, especially towards loyal customers who spend good money there. The situation only got worse when I placed another order. The delivery driver was extremely late, and the cashier was very unhelpful—she hung up on me because she couldn’t keep track of the orders. When I asked to cancel, her attitude was terrible. She said it would take 40 minutes, but it ended up being an hour and a half, so my food probably won’t be fresh. Unfortunately, I feel that giving them a second chance was a mistake.
This place definitely shouldn’t have more than 2 stars, primarily due to its terrible customer service! It was the worst pizza I’ve ever experienced!
