The young man serving this location has poor customer service! I prefer driving to the miami beach location where the staff is constantly happy to serve you.

8224 NE 2nd on a saturday night.. top 3 of the shittiest humans i've encountered in the 5 years i've lived in miami, and i don't remember the other two.. nevermind about the food..

On the evening of 7/14, I went to go pick up a bag from too good to go at 9:09 as the app says you can pick up between 9-10:30. The person working was rude and made a number of remarks regarding how he does not care about the promotion. That I could pay full price but that I could not get the food until 10:30. I explained how this is not what was agreed and he started to yell at me. He complained about his pay. He made a number of other comments I don’t care to expand on. I just left. Unacceptable, would appreciate an apology from the manager.Do not recommend supporting this establishment.

I agree with the comment below regarding my order with “too good to go”. The employee was using the same line to me too. The app clearly says pick up between 9pm until 10:30pm and he also mentioned him working for 10$ and how that app doesn’t make sense, so he refused giving the bag before 10:30pm.Well..I guess the idea of wasting food is better in this case..Quite surprising to have such an attitude from the gelato place.

The ice cream is decent. They pay their employees $10 per hour, plus tips, which isn’t much. Seriously? This is the Miami Shores location. Disappointing.
